5. Production & Shipping
Production begins after order confirmation and receipt of all necessary personalization details.
Delivery timelines may vary due to production demand or shipping carrier delays. Crystal Memories Studio is not responsible for carrier delays once orders leave our facility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because items are custom engraved:
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or production defects.
Customers must report damage within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, and designs belong to Crystal Memories Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.
Customers confirm they have permission to use any submitted images for engraving.
8. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Memories Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use, website access, or delivery delays.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
